Below are links and instructions for additional paperwork for school districts the SOE is aware of requiring additional paperwork.
Students who are requesting a placement in one of the districts listed on this page are to follow the instructions provided by the district of choice. Should the links on this page not work, please first contact the district of choice for the appropriate paperwork, and then please notify the Field Experience Coordinator at jcason@fmarion.edu. When completing the paperwork please note the following items: 1. If you are asked for which schools you prefer, please be reminded, we work very hard to ensure students are not going to the same schools, so please do not list a school you have already completed field experience hours in. Should you list a school you have already completed field experience hours in, that request will not be pursued. 2. If you are asked to provide a summary of what you are doing, or the expectations of the CT, you may want to reach out to your field experience course professor for guidance, as it should be more detailed than “observing”.
