  1. Maintain a PANCE first-time pass rate at or above 93%.
  2. Achieve 90% employment rate within 12 months of graduation.
  3. Strive for 50% of graduates employed in primary care
  4. Provide all students with at least one clinical rotation in an underserved area.
  5. Maintain clinical preceptor retention rate of ≥ 80%.
  6. Maintain ≥ 85% first-time pass rate on program summative evaluations.
  7. Maintain graduation rate of ≥ 90% of matriculated students.
  8. Maintain ARC-PA accreditation status.
