FMU President's Bowl to begin Thursday

Francis Marion University’s first-ever intramural Quiz Bowl tournament — the President’s Bowl — will kickoff with its first set of matches on Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. in the Smith University Center commons located on the Francis Marion campus.

Sixteen teams, representing a variety of fraternities, special interest groups and campus clubs, are fielding teams.

A $1000 prize, plus a year’s supply of bragging rights, goes to the winning organization. The competition figures to be fierce.
