This course is designed to provide advanced and essential lessons on how to utilize American Sign Language to communicate in everyday life. Some course topics will include fingerspelling, common phrases, body language, and more. The main objective is that upon course completion participants will have the ability to hold a beginner-level conversation in ASL with a deaf/hard-of-hearing native user of the language. This course is a continuation of the fall 2023 ASL Evening College course.
