Description: Examines the philosophy and practice of managing organizations and their people in the context of a rapidly changing environment. Course focus will be upon management and leadership philosophies to managing oneself, others, and groups or organizations. Critical thinking skills will be engaged to determine when to employ different strategies based on common situations and personality types. Emphasis is on application of ideas through case studies, research papers, and in-class or online exercises. International management strategies are reviewed.
