Student achievement recognized at FMU Academic Awards
Francis Marion University presented awards to outstanding students throughout all of its academic departments and schools during a ceremony on April 15 in the McNair Science Building’s Chapman Auditorium.
The top students in each department were recognized, including a number that received special named awards. A number of University-wide awards were also presented.
Macey Shelley was presented the Pee Dee Electric Cooperative Scholars Award. Ashley Krause received the President’s Undergraduate Research Award. Gabriel Hutson was awarded the Duane P. Myers Honors Award. Emma Driggers was presented the Phi Kappa Phi Award. Presley Hucks and Courtney Smith received the Scholastic Achievement Award.
