This course is designed to provide an overview of homesteading skills, including growing your own fresh vegetables and fruits, food preservation, keeping chickens, beekeeping, winemaking, cheesemaking, soapmaking, and candle making. You can become more self-sufficient on your own modern homestead, whether it is an urban or suburban lot or a small farm. Each lesson will teach you a set of skills that will save you money, provide a deeper connection to nature, and bring you a greater sense of self-sufficiency and personal satisfaction.
