Refer to the Housing and Residence Life Contract and the Student Rights and Responsibilities section of the FMU Student Handbook for information regarding the room entry policy.

PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE (new) WORK ORDER FORM, FOR DIFFERENT ISSUES/PROBLEMS.

Example:
Work Order #1, AC leaking (submit form).
(start new form) Work Order #2, Electrical outlet not working (submit the second form)
